Michael R. Rosmann, Ph.D., Executive Director

Mike Rosmann is a clinical psychologist and farmer who lives near Harlan, Iowa.  Previously he was a professor at the University of Virginia, the founding director of Prairie Rose Mental Health Center in Harlan, and the first executive director of Sharing Help Awareness United Network.  In addition to working with AgriWellness and the Sowing the Seeds of Hope group, Dr. Rosmann is an adjunct faculty member of the College of Public Health at the University of Iowa.  He is known nationally as an advocate and spokesperson for better behavioral healthcare for agricultural producers.  Mike and his wife, Marilyn, are the parents of two grown children.
 
 
Deborah Marxen, Office Manager
Deb is one of the friendly voices on the telephone and the coordinator of day-to-day operations for AgriWellness, Inc.  A native of Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota, Ms. Marxen has many years experience in office management, disaster recovery and computer technology.  Deb was the office manager for Sharing Help Awareness United Network prior to assuming her position at AgriWellness, Inc.  She and her husband make their home in Harlan.
 
Linda Schiltz, Secretary
When the work piles up, Linda is always there to lend a hand.  She and her family live on a farm.  Linda is a skilled secretary and one of the other friendly voices on the AgriWellness telephone.
